Dr. Randall is Senior Director of Alliance Management at Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. A British
neuroscientist and electrophysiologist by training, she has worldwide drug discovery experience in both established and emerging markets, having worked in academia and the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, Japan, and China before moving to Boston in 2014. She is also an active STEM mentor and recently served as chair of the Society for Neuroscience Professional Development Committee “Women in Neuroscience” Subcommittee from 2016-2018.
