Applications to the AAAS CASE workshop in Washington, D.C. Due Feb 4

The AAAS Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) workshop in Washington, D.C. is taking place on March 24-27, 2019. This workshop is a great opportunity for graduate students in STEM disciplines to learn about science policy and advocacy. All travel and lodging will be covered, as well as the workshop registration fee.

We will select two students to represent each campus (CRC and MED) as determined by your department location. Chosen applicants must receive consent from their advisor and complete a 1 page reflection after the trip as well as share your experience with others as needed.
Applications are due February 4, 2019 and should include:

1) 250 words on why you would like to attend this year’s AAAS CASE workshop.
2) A current high-quality resume or CV.
3) A document with your name, year of study, department and PI’s e-mail
