The program now delivers care through a new home-based palliative care service that launched in February 2025, a growing outpatient clinic embedded in oncology, and a well-established inpatient consult service. In the past year, the program has hired two new palliative care NPs and a social worker.<\/p>\n<p>The Palliative Care team offers specialized, personalized support for patients and their families facing serious or life-threatening illnesses.
