Our fellow, Dr. Shreya Bhatia, and Director of Home Care, Dr. Won Lee, received a BMC Patient Safety Grant to support Tofu for Healthy Aging! This will be a collaboration between the Boston Medical Center Teaching Kitchen and the Geriatrics Section to hold culinary medicine interactive shared medical appointments for geriatric clinic patients centered on tofu recipes.
