Congratulations to two of our staff on receiving awards from the Department of Medicine!<\/p>\n

Lindsay Demers, MS, PhD<\/a>, Director of Education Evaluation Core, received the Excellence in Education Scholarship Mentoring Award<\/a>, which acknowledges the value of mentoring trainees, junior faculty, and peers in technical , scholarly, and other intangible aspects required for a productive career as a clinician educator.<\/p>\n

Amanda Tran, MPH, Senior Fellowship Program Administrator, was a co-recipient of the Marie Antoinette Evans Award<\/a>, which is awarded to a non-faculty member who promotes the departmental values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the Department of Medicine of in the broader community. The other recipient was Inel Ferrara of the Hematology and Medical Oncology Section, who we work closely with on our Geriatric Oncology Fellowship Program<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
