World Alzheimer’s Month is September and September 21st<\/sup> is World Alzheimer’s Day. This year’s theme, “Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer\u2019s<\/strong>,” for the month focuses on diagnosing Alzheimer’s and dementia, along with supporting people post-diagnosis. This year, the Geriatrics section is participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Boston. Check out our BMC Team Page<\/a> to join or support us. We are also wearing purple on September 21st<\/sup> to raise awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n
