Boston University<\/span><\/span>, in collaboration with the National Bureau of Economic Research<\/span><\/span> Coordinating Center on the Economics of Alzheimer\u2019s Disease and Alzheimer\u2019s Disease\u2013Related Dementias (AD\/ADRD), will host a Health Economics of AD\/ADRD Mini-Symposium<\/em> on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 1:00\u20132:30 PM (ET)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This virtual session, titled \u201cWhat Am I Missing in ADRD Research that Should Matter to My Research in Health Economics?\u201d<\/em>, will examine how findings from ADRD research can inform health economics approaches to prevention, treatment, and care.<\/p>\n

Speakers include Nilufer Ertekin-Taner<\/span><\/span>, Sid O’Bryant<\/span><\/span>, and Eric Reiman<\/span><\/span>, followed by a panel discussion.<\/p>\n

The event is sponsored by the Framingham Heart Study Brain Aging Program<\/span><\/span>, the Boston University Evans Center for Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research, and the Boston University Alzheimer\u2019s Disease Research Center.<\/p>\n
