{"id":2146,"date":"2023-05-04T16:32:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-04T20:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/fhs-bap\/?page_id=2146"},"modified":"2024-11-20T09:26:58","modified_gmt":"2024-11-20T14:26:58","slug":"fhs-bap-pilot-grant-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/fhs-bap\/research\/fhs-bap-pilot-grant-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilot Grant Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We established a pilot grant program to encourage research using FHS-BAP data by early stage investigators (including post-doctoral associates and faculty at the instructor and assistant professor levels) already working within the AD and brain aging field, and by experienced investigators working in other research areas who want to obtain preliminary results for a novel brain aging and AD-related research idea using FHS data.<\/p>\n<p>Every year we solicit proposals from the BU research community focusing on genetic, genomic, biomarker, epidemiological, behavioral, brain imaging, ethical, health systems or other research in AD, AD-related disorders, and brain aging.
