Project

Part of the Early Career Program includes participants to commit to working on an academic project that will contribute to their professional advancement by the end of the nine-month program. Please respond to the questions below with details regarding a project you hope to work on as part of this program.

Mentoring

The program will aid you in completing your project by connecting you with a senior colleague to receive mentoring. Project mentors are intentionally chosen from outside participants’ departments/specialties, with the goal of helping you to expand your mentor network and offer complementary skill sets to facilitate project progress. Participants meet with their project mentors throughout the academic year. In addition, the program will aid you in your career development by providing options for career mentors.
