March is National Nutrition Month

There are over 20 Registered Dietitians at BMC: In-patient, Out-patient, Adult, Pediatric and Teaching Kitchen. The RD’s role is to nutritionally assess, educate and treat patients with various clinical conditions or those who just want to take better care of themselves by eating healthy.

National Nutrition Month®, celebrated each year during March, focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. The theme for National Nutrition Month® 2020 is Eat Right, Bite by Bite

The dietetic interns will be hosting a weekly nutrition information session on Wednesdays 11-1pm throughout the month in the Yawkey Cafeteria with bite size nutritious snacks and recipes
