BMC provides exceptional training in: the care of critically ill\/injured patients, point-of-care ultrasound, prehospital &amp; EMS, public health, social EM, and research. BMC is the safety-net hospital for Boston, serving a diverse, multicultural population in a \u2018county\u2019-type practice environment, set in a world-renowned tertiary hospital system. Residents at BMC develop expertise in healthcare that addresses the social determinants of health.
