The goal is <\/span><span>to identify <\/span>transcriptional differences and develop a genomic biomarker <span>that can be used <\/span>to improve lung cancer screening and diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Single-cell RNA-sequenc<span>ing<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>I am also using single-cell RNA sequencing to <span>determine if <\/span><span>lung-cancer associated transcriptional differences are restricted to <\/span><span>different cell types in the airway<\/span><span> epithelium<\/span>.
