Generally signage promotes events taking place on the BU Medical Campus, the BU Charles River Campus or at Boston Medical Center that are of interest to faculty, staff and students. Please note that displays may not include clinical research studies or commercial advertisements.Please allow two business days for approval of your announcement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine<\/strong><br \/>\nSubmit flat panel announcements for display in the Instructional building by contacting <a href=\"mailto:medcampuscomm@bu.edu\">medcampuscomm@bu.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>BUGSDM<\/strong><br \/>\nTo post\u00a0 flat panel announcements at the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine building, contact <a href=\"mailto:gsdmcomm@bu.edu\">gsdmcomm@bu.edu<\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>BUSPH<br \/>\n<\/strong>Use this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sph\/faculty-staff\/resources\/administrative-resources\/screen-announcement-request\/\">form<\/a> to request announcements and\/or event postings in Talbot and Crosstown and selected screens in the Instructional building. If you are not a member of the SPH community, but would like to post to screens in Talbot and Crosstown, please <a href=\"mailto:sph@bu.edu\">email<\/a> for consideration (only non-SPH items of significant interest to the SPH community). BUMC community members seeking to post to screens in the Instructional building should email <a href=\"mailto:medcampuscomm@bu.edu\">medcampuscomm@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Boston Medical Center<\/strong><br \/>\nBMC has over 20 flat screen TVs, located in lobbies and cafeterias across campus, that display campus news and events around the clock. The signs are visible to employees, patients, and visitors and managed by the communications team.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in submitting an announcement for posting, you can email <a href=\"mailto:communications@bmc.org\">communications@bmc.org<\/a>, but first, please consider the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Events must be open to <strong>all<\/strong> staff<\/li>\n<li>Announcements must be appropriate for the general public<\/li>\n<li>Content length must be short enough to be read in 10 seconds or less<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital signage specs: 1920 x 1080px <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Announcements will be posted within five business days.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-Communications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Boston University Medical Campus Weekly Event Listing e-mail<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a weekly e-mail that is sent to faculty, staff and students on the Boston University Medical Campus every Monday. The weekly e-mail lists news and events of interest to the BUMC community. To submit an event for the weekly e-mail: go to <a href=\"http:\/\/wwwapp.bumc.bu.edu\/weeklyemailer\/\">http:\/\/wwwapp.bumc.bu.edu\/weeklyemailer\/<\/a>, complete the form and click submit. Submission may be submitted three weeks prior to date of the event. The deadline for submissions is close of business on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Week @ Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine<br \/>\n<\/strong>This Week is a weekly Sunday e-newsletter for the Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine community, which includes general announcements; news concerning faculty, staff and students (i.e., awards and honors); upcoming programs; and significant newsclips from the previous week.<\/p>\n<p>To submit content for consideration, please email your information to <a href=\"mailto:CAMedcommunications@bu.edu\">CAMedcommunications@bu.edu<\/a>. When filling out this form, please double check for accuracy of all information, including the date, time and location of each event. The posting of flyers will no longer be allowed.
