Tuition and Fees

Tuition for chief residents and faculty is fully covered by a grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). For fellows, tuition is fully covered by a grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) for up to 5 fellows.

A $500 deposit is required from those accepted to the CRIT/FIT program to secure placement. The check ought to be made out to “Boston Medical Center,” and will be refunded upon completion of the training program.

Chief Residents

The grant supports up to 15 full chief resident scholarships that cover travel and accommodations. Depending on available space, a limited number of chief residents will be accepted without a full scholarship, and can attend if able to secure their own funding for travel and accommodations (approximately $1,026 plus tax). All participants must stay onsite at the Wylie Inn & Conference Center.

Faculty Mentors

There is no grant support for faculty mentor travel and accommodations. Faculty mentors of chief residents are responsible for their own travel costs, as well as accommodation costs (approximately $1,026 plus tax for the 2024 program) and must stay onsite at the Wylie Inn & Conference Center. CME credits are provided at no cost.

Fellows
