The equipment includes a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zeiss LSM 880 Microscope with Airyscan for fast and high-resolution imaging on live and fixed cells, a<\/li>\n<li>Zeiss LSM 700 Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope for imaging fixed and stained cells and tissue, and a<\/li>\n<li>Zeiss LSM 710 NLO Microscope for imaging sections of fluorescent tissue using multiphoton imaging methods and includes 3D reconstruction of biological tissue\/cells.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12316\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12316\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/files\/2021\/02\/IBIS-Jeol-JEM-1400-FLASH-120-kV-Transmission-Electron-Microscope-200x200-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12316\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-12316\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jeol JEM-1400 FLASH 120 kV-Transmission Electron Microscope<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now being assembled in an adjacent room, to be available by April 2021, is a Jeol JEM-1400 FLASH 120 kV-Transmission Electron Microscope.<\/p>\n<p>Future plans include tissue and cell histology services for imaging, and space for new imaging instruments, technology, and support.
