The recently erected steel skeleton contrasts against the blue sky. The steel work that began on April 11 should be completed by Friday,  May 6. Its 104 two-bedroom suites that include bath, kitchenette and living spaces will accommodate 208 students, each with individual bedrooms, the standard for graduate student housing.
