The goal of the event was to raise awareness about the disease and efforts to identify effective treatment and prevention strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Cure Alzheimer\u2019s Fund is a nonprofit dedicated to funding the most promising research to prevent, slow or reverse Alzheimer\u2019s disease.\u00a0In 2017, Cure Alzheimer\u2019s Fund distributed\u00a0$15.7 million\u00a0in research grants to 67 projects around the world.
