Please follow the guidelines below when\u00a0leaving the Medical Campus for intersession.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offices\/Clinical\/ Research Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In offices, turn off all electrical devices (computers, monitor, lights, portable heaters, copiers, printers, coffee pots and lamps).<\/li>\n<li>Unplug holiday decorations.<\/li>\n<li>Remove any trash with food to common area containers.<\/li>\n<li>Close and lock windows.<\/li>\n<li>Lock office doors.<\/li>\n<li>Set back temperature of workspace (if not covered by Control Desk).<\/li>\n<li>Notify Control of any possible situations that may need attention during your absence.<\/li>\n<li>Notify Facilities if any special accommodations are needed during intersession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contact Control for any routine or emergency building issues.<br \/>\nPhone: <strong>(617) <\/strong><strong>638-4144<\/strong> | Email: <a href=\"mailto:control.center@bmc.org\">control.center@bmc.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Contact Public Safety for any access or possible safety issues.<br \/>\nPhone: <strong>(617) 414-4444<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please help us reduce energy consumption and costs.
