Whether you are choosing a journal to submit a paper to, or evaluating others\u2019 research, judging publication quality is important\u2014but this process has been complicated by such factors as the growth of open access journals, alternative ideas about publication impact, and the rise of predatory publishers.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll talk about our experiences evaluating scholarly journals, consider the difference between \u201cprestige\u201d and \u201cquality\u201d for publications, and share helpful resources for choosing and evaluating publication options.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
