She sees patients at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center and is a faculty advisor for the BUMC Outreach Van Project, an important initiative that helps the homeless and underserved populations in the East Boston neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Her nominators said, \u201cDr. Sarfaty is an excellent advisor and mentor to medical students.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe goes above and beyond to help and we are so grateful for the time she devotes to us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/camed\/files\/2022\/11\/DistinguishedFaculty_Updated_2022-e1669225006593.png\" alt=\"Graphic image of red and white badge for distinguished faculty from Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-109094\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Her nominators said, \u201cDr. Sarfaty is an excellent advisor and mentor to medical students.
