Fine, Hoffman &amp; Sims (one half-day\/week).<\/span><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fond memory of BUSM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being surrounded daily by my brilliant classmates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Favorite professor at BUSM:\u00a0<\/strong>Dr. Ephraim Friedman and Dr. Howard Leibowitz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Most recent accomplishment:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASCRS Hall of Fame induction, April 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hobbies outside of work:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motorcycles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Academic appointment:\u00a0<\/strong>Clinical professor of ophthalmology, OHSU Portland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recent publications: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On April 14, 2018, I was inducted into the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS)\u2019s Ophthalmology Hall of Fame, a tremendous and unexpected honor.<\/span><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Class of: 1966 Specialties: Cataract and refractive surgery Current practice: Drs.
