LOCKING UP<\/strong>
\nWhen you leave the apartment, you are responsible for ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured.<\/p>\n

RESPECT<\/strong>
\nPlease respect others that you share space with, honoring quiet time for studying, sleeping, relaxing.<\/p>\n

CLEANING<\/strong>
\nDuring your stay, you are responsible for maintaining a clean space.<\/p>\n

CONDITION OF THE SPACE<\/strong>
\nWe ask that you do not move furniture around or from room to room.<\/p>\n

PROPERTY DAMAGE<\/strong>
\nStudents will be billed for the repair work for any damage they cause.<\/p>\n

SUPPLIES<\/strong>
\nYou are responsible for providing your own toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels.<\/p>\n

TRASH & RECYCLABLES<\/strong>
\nYou are responsible for removing the trash when it is full. Please follow Trash and recycling instructions found on Housing sheet.<\/p>\n

PETS<\/strong>
\nPets are not allowed at housing used for clinical rotations at away sites.<\/p>\n

GUESTS<\/strong>
\nNo guests allowed.<\/p>\n

CHECKING OUT<\/strong>
\nPlease make sure you have followed all the items listed above and follow instructions on housing sheet for key drop off.<\/p>\n

Students recognize that there may be an increased risk of exposure to infectious disease such as <\/span>COVID<\/span>–<\/span>19 when living <\/span>in shared Housing. <\/span>Students that fail to adhere to the Housing rules may be denied Housing.<\/p>\n
