Savant ISS 100 Integrated SpeedVac System<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Savant ISS 100 Integrated SpeedVac System<\/a> is\u00a0compact, fully integrated systems designed specifically for DNA and RNA applications. The DNA-series SpeedVac vacuum concentrator delivers rapid and efficient concentration and drying of DNA\/RNA samples, nucleic acids, PCR preps and synthetic oligos. Our system is designed to accommodate micro centrifuge tubes. A built-in, oil-free PTFE pump produces the vacuum required for rapid drying of samples.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Eppendorf 5430R Refrigerated Centrifuge <\/a>is equipped with a F-35-6-30 Rotor that is capable of accommodating 15mL and 50mL tubes. It has a maximum speed of 7830 rpm and a temperature range between -11\u00b0C and 40\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Eppendorf Vacufuge Plus Concentrator <\/a>provides quick, efficient and gentle vacuum concentration of DNA\/RNA, nucleotides, proteins and other liquid or wet samples in micro centrifuge tubes. It allows you to choose from between three solvent modes, and temperature preselection of room temperature, 30\u00b0C, 45\u00b0C, and 60\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Labconco FreeZone 2.5 Plus Lyophilizer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\nThe Labconco FreeZone 2.5 Plus Freeze Dry System<\/a> is suitable for the dehydration of substances and samples that are heat sensitive. Our system is designed for light aqueous sample loads. Therefore, it is not suitable for use with samples containing acetonitrile. Overall, it is capable of removing ~2L of water in a 24-hour period.<\/p>\n
