For detailed eValue instructions, visit<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/camed\/files\/2023\/11\/Student-Preferences-Instructions-11-2023.pdf\">eValue Optimization Scheduling Instructions for Student Preferences.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When you are ready to input your preferences, click here to<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-value.net\/home-main.cfm\">Enter Preferences into eValue<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>On-line Add\/Drop Elective System<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting in<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>February 2025<\/strong>, you can use the<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>online Add\/Drop tool<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>to adjust your schedule and add courses from the CAMED<span>\u00a0<\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/camed\/offices-services\/md-program-offices\/registrars-office\/current-medical-students\/fourth-year-student-information\/fourth-year-elective-catalog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fourth Year Elective Catalog<\/a>\u00a0or outside electives approved through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/students-residents.aamc.org\/visiting-student-learning-opportunities\/visiting-student-learning-opportunities-vslo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO) system<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/wwwapp.bumc.bu.edu\/busm\/eads\/students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Log in to the Add\/Drop tool<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Follow instructions to add, drop, or move electives within available blocks. For detailed instructions on how to use the Add\/Drop system, click<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/camed\/offices-services\/md-program-offices\/registrars-office\/current-medical-students\/fourth-year-student-information\/add-drop-tool-instructions\/\">here<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remember<\/strong><span>: The dates entered in the Add\/Drop system for outside electives must match the approved dates in VSLO.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>confirm all changes via email<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>from the coordinator once they are approved.<\/li>\n<li>All changes must be submitted at least 30 days before the rotation begins.
