They will receive a single award per year.<\/li>\n<li>Individual awards listed may be received only once per individual.<\/li>\n<li><span>Submissions require a completed nomination form, the candidate\u2019s current curriculum vitae and a minimum of at least one letter of support. Letters of support may be from alumni, colleagues and others in the nominee\u2019s field of work. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/camed\/files\/2024\/06\/CV-Request-Example.docx\"><strong>CV
