To obtain these grades, you must contact the institution where the courses were taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>How to Order a Transcript<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"\/camed\/files\/2025\/08\/Official-Transcript-Request-Revised-8-6-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Transcript Request Form<\/a><\/p>\n<p>All requests for transcripts, licensure forms, and verifications for graduates of the M.D. program should be sent to the Office of the Registrar via email: <a href=\"mailto:camedreg@bu.edu\">camedreg@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can request either an <strong>official<\/strong> or <strong>unofficial<\/strong> transcript, which includes a full record of your academic progress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Official and Unofficial Transcripts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Official Transcripts<\/strong> include the Registrar\u2019s signature and the Boston University seal. They must be requested in writing and can be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mailed<\/span> to a designated destination.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unofficial Transcripts<\/strong> contain the same academic information but lack the Registrar\u2019s signature and the University seal.
