External support is highly encouraged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Any additional conferences in the same academic year<\/strong> would be at the discretion of the chair.<span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>International conference attendance<\/strong> requires external funding or as an invited speaker with full expenses covered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Request Process:<\/strong> Faculty must seek departmental approval <em>prior to<\/em> committing to conference participation.
