Book a room below.<\/h4>\n<p>Rooms are bookable from 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday. If no one has reserved a room, the space is available for regular use. If the room is reserved, the reserving student has that space for their reserved time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These reservations are <span role=\"presentation\"><strong>only <\/strong><\/span>for MD students.\n<ul data-editing-info=\"{&quot;applyListStyleFromLevel&quot;:true}\">\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">Reservations can be made for individuals who need private space in order to make Zoom or phone calls that would otherwise be made at home. (I.e. personal virtual care appointments, advisor meetings, post-class debrief\/review meetings (like Doctoring), virtual study group meetings)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\"><\/span>When not booked, these rooms remain open study rooms.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>The maximum reservation time <span role=\"presentation\">in a day<\/span>\u00a0is <strong><span role=\"presentation\">2 hours <\/span>per person<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">An individual can make <span>no more than <strong>2 reservations per week<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">A\u00a0reservation should be made <span>no less than <strong>1 hour in advance<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>If another reservation begins after yours, you must leave the room.
