The LABS Core offers additional biorepository and research sample processing services. For both prospectively-collected samples from your study and clinical remnant samples, we offer sample processing, aliquoting, and interim storage for research studies. LABS has the experience and capability to process many types of clinical samples. Procedures can be adapted on a study-by-study basis within reason. All processing is rigorously documented. LABS utilizes FreezerPro for storage and shipping documentation. All standard operating procedures will be made available to the study team, with specific work instructions approved by study PI. LABS can assist with shipping needs as the study requires.<\/p>\n

The following are sample types we are able to process:<\/i><\/p>\n

  2. Single- and double-spun plasma<\/li>\n
  3. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)<\/li>\n
  4. Respiratory swabs<\/li>\n
  5. Saliva<\/li>\n
  6. Sputum<\/li>\n
  7. Urine<\/li>\n
  8. Stool<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
