Michael Alosco, PhD<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Faculty Affairs Office is pleased to announce that Associate Professor of Neurology Michael Alosco<\/a>, PhD, has been named Distinguished Faculty of the Month for November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Alosco joined the BU community as a post-doctoral fellow in 2015 and the faculty as an assistant professor in 2018. He was promoted to associate professor in 2020. A clinical neuropsychologist, he serves as leader of the BU Alzheimer\u2019s Disease Research Center Clinical Core and co-director of clinical research of the BU CTE Center. He also oversees neuropsychology for the Memory and Aging Clinic at Boston Medical Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His nominators say, \u201cDr Alosco shows excellent leadership, unwavering support and unparalleled dedication to mentoring students and researchers at all stages of their career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe is extremely generous with his time and willingness to invest in others, and deeply committed to inclusion and representation in research.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
