Stem Cell Reports welcomed Darrel Kotton<\/a>, MD, the David C. Seldin Professor in the department of medicine, to their editorial board. Kotton is a founding director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine (CReM). Stem Cell Reports<\/a> is the open access, peer-reviewed journal of the International Society for Stem Cell Research<\/a>. It is used for communicating basic discoveries in stem cell research, in addition to translational and clinical studies. The journal focuses on original research with conceptual or practical advances that are of broad interest to stem cell biologists and clinicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kotton joins 12 distinguished researchers from across the globe. In addition to his role in CReM, Kotton serves as professor of pulmonary, allergy, sleep & critical care medicine, and professor of pathology & laboratory medicine. According to the journal, the 13 new editorial board members broaden representation across the diverse and international landscape of stem cell science and reinforce the Board\u2019s commitment to championing the journal, raising its global visibility, and ensuring rigorous, high-quality peer review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
