He also mentored undergraduate students considering a career in healthcare, particularly as a physician, working with the Minority Association of Pre-Med\/Pre-Health Students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI definitely see myself staying in academia in a teaching role,\u201d said Wu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking both Mandarin and English at home gave Wu an appreciation for being multilingual and he would like to use that language skill to serve the Chinese community or brush up on his Spanish and work with the Hispanic community.
