3 Tesla Philips Ingenia Elition MRI
The 3T Philips Ingenia Elition scanner was installed in 2020 and is located in the basement of the Evans Biomedical Research Center, X-Building, 650 Albany St., Boston. The device is equipped with new high-end performance gradient and RF design combined with innovative compressed sensing and multiband technologies. features a 70 cm bore and full digital acquisition platform the most up-to-date software packages, we are able to acquire data at an incredibly high rate of speed and maintain a very high quality level.
This is the ideal scanner for use with humans or large animals. Andrew Ellison, MA, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the 3T Philips Ingenia Elition scanner.
