Professional Identity Formation

Professional Identity Formation results from the gradual development of professional values, practices, and personal goals; the impact of decisions made; and the experiences in the clinical and nonclinical environment. The many student-run, faculty-supported, extramural activities at BUSM complement the academic rigor and clinical opportunities, which allow students to develop their own unique professional identity.
