John A. Hermos, MD is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine and an Associate Professor of Community Health Sciences at the Boston University School of Public Health. He also holds positions with the VA Boston Healthcare System as a Staff Physician and as a Study Director with the Massachusetts Veterans Epidemiology Research and Information Center (MAVERIC).

Dr. Hermos received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed additional training as a resident in medicine with Bellevue Hospital in New York and as Fellow and Chief Resident at University Hospital in Boston. Dr. Hermos is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Addiction Medicine.
