Walter Wang (MAMS Student) and Philip Bondzie (former PhD student &amp; postdoc) were the co-first authors of the paper. The approved budget is over the budget cap of $5000 because of the potential to expand the IHC list of stains within the Department\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Dr. Deborah Stearns-Kurosawa<\/u><\/strong> was invited to be a member of the scientific steering committee for the 10<sup>th<\/sup> International Symposium on Shiga Toxin (Verocytotoxin) Producing E.coli Infections (VTEC 2018) to be held in Florence, Italy in May 2018<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Dr. Carmen Sarita-Reyes\u2019s<\/u><\/strong> Mallory Proposal has been approved. First year pathology residents presented posters and the upper year residents and fellows each gave 5-7 minute presentation on their projects.
