Miller, MD<\/span><\/b> was an invited panel member at the Boston Pan African Forum event, \u201cEbola and other health-related issues in West Africa\u201d, on December 13<sup>th<\/sup> in Dorchester, MA<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dr. Carmen Sarita-Reyes<\/span><\/b> gave a poster presentation at the SENTAC (Society for Ear, Nose and Throat Advances in Children) meeting on December 6, 2014 in St Louis. \u201cMarsupialization to treat foregut duplication cysts of the oral cavity: a novel technique;&#8221; Minyoung Jang; Carmen Sarita-Reyes; Devaki Sundararajan; Jessica Levi<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Maria Panchenko, PhD<\/span><\/b> has had her BUMC IACUC Appointment extended until June 2015. Thank you for your service Dr. Panchenko!<\/li>\n<li>The American Board of Pathology recently nominated <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Meera Mahalingam<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">, MD<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">, PhD, FRCPath<\/span><\/b> to serve on the Test Development and Advisory Committee on Dermatopathology. \u00a0The committees consist of American Board of Pathology trustees, as well as other pathologists and physicians who are recognized as experts in their respective disciplines<\/li>\n<li>From <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dr. John Lee<\/span><\/b>; &#8220;The Hematology Lab has revised and updated the flow cytometry panels using a more sensitive\u00a0and algorithmic approach.\u00a0 In addition, a new technique will be employed to determine light chain restriction in plasma cells, which would be useful for myeloma, MGUS, and AL amyloidosis patients.\u00a0 These changes were put into effect January 5, 2015 by <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dina Pelley, MT<\/span><\/b> (flow cytometry assistant supervisor) and <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">John Lee, MD<\/span><\/b> (Hematology Lab Medical Director) with <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Angel Lui, MT<\/span><\/b> helping from the IT side.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dr. Ivana Delalle<\/span><\/b> and her Neuropathology Lab have been acknowledged in recognition of her International Research Collaborations by PsyCourse: Pathomechanisms and Signatures of the Longitudinal Course of Psychosis<\/li>\n<li>One of our current residents, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cathryn Byrne-Dugan<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">, MD<\/span><\/b>, will be going to University of Michigan for a GI fellowship in 2016-2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Publications ACCEPTED<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors: <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Caitlin S.L.
