We are looking for well-selected highly-trained candidates that can be inspired to return to Uganda with a passion for research and a fierce resilience and will to overcome any challenges posed in this environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences e.g. MBChB, BBLT, BSc, MMed Micro, MSc in Laboratory or Biological science with major laboratory component
• Laboratory experience (major)
• Approval on the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) test, administered by Educational Testing Services (ETS)

The application package should include:

• Application Letter
• Certified copies of Certificates/Transcripts of each College or University attended (MUST be attached by the time of application)
• A Minimum of three letters of recommendation from faculty members in your proposed field
• Personal Statement/Motivation of not less than 200 words that describe your qualification and the objectives of your intended educational program at the division
• Curriculum Vitae with publications
