  3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the first ambulatory appointment and at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time in the OR.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide a minimum 60 day notice for routine away time.<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Manage our Epic in-baskets efficiently.\n

  1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Conduct direct provider to provider communication for inpatients at times of transitions of care or a significant change in clinical status or treatment plan (see policy<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Surgeons\/physicians notify the attending of record if an inpatient requires surgery or a procedure.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Responsible attending physicians complete and sign a discharge summary within 24 hours.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain accurate paging status when away to ensure patients and staff may contact a covering provider.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
