Their licensed behavioral health providers are using a HIPAA compliant zoom platform for free and confidential counseling, consultation and referral services available to BU faculty, staff and their family members. They are also offering virtual support groups and workshops. For more information, see their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/fsao\">website<\/a> or call 617-353-5381.<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pause a Moment (PAM):<\/strong> a free web-based well-being platform designed by Stanford psychologists and healthcare workers in response to the pandemic. PAM provides healthcare workers with brief, personalized tools to help with stress and stress injury symptoms. You can use PAM <em>privately and confidentially<\/em>. None of your personal information will be shared with anyone. A tool or exercise can be as short as one minute. More information is available in <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/vclHsW-O3_Q\">this video<\/a>.
