The Clinician Equity and Vitality Advisory Council provides strategic direction to implement initiatives that enhance clinician well-being, support professional advancement, and cultivate an inclusive culture. The Council prioritizes clinician occupational well-being, gender equity, and racial equity as key drivers of innovation, retention, positive patient outcomes, and effective clinical practice.<\/p>\n

This Council is new as of FY26, and merges the three previous EVI Councils, in an effort to strengthen collaboration, integrate diverse aspects of EVI, and create a more cohesive approach toward promoting equity and well-being in the workplace. Three Council Chairs \u2013 Heather Edwards, Cassandra Pierre, and Susannah Rowe \u2013 lead the Council<\/a>, which is made up of 43 members from 20 clinical departments\/sections and institutional leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
