Our team <\/span><\/span>manages BUMC centrally scheduled instructional and event space for curriculum and non-curriculum activities.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Please Note – Campus Safety Requirement:<\/strong> IDs for all employees and students are required to enter BUMC buildings. Visitors are required to sign in.<\/span>
\nIf you are coordinating an event, please remind your attendees of this requirement. If you have non-affiliated visitors attending events, please work directly with Public Safety to plan for their access (<\/span>Public-Safety-Management@bu.edu<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Curriculum space<\/span> <\/strong>requirements are prioritized before non-curriculum events. Instructional and event spaces are scheduled on a semester basis.<\/p>\n

Non-curriculum<\/span> <\/strong>events and activities are scheduled on a semester-to-semester basis after curriculum space needs are finalized.<\/p>\n

Requesting Space at BU Medical Campus:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong> Requests for instructional and event space are entered directly by clients using 25Live Pro, BU\u2019s online scheduling platform.<\/p>\n

Training <\/strong>is required to receive a 25Live Pro user account <\/span>https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/bumc-emc\/25-live-trainings\/<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you encounter a problem when entering a 25Live request, please submit a ticket using email bumc-centralscheduling@bu.edu<\/a> include the issue encountered and details of the space needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

BU Requesters:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to https:\/\/25live.collegenet.com\/pro\/bu<\/a> and log in using your BU Kerberos account (this gets you into 25Live with a generic account).
\nStep 2:<\/strong> Email\u00a0bumc-centralscheduling@bu.edu\u00a0<\/a>for<\/span> the team to follow up with your account activation and training.<\/span>
\nStep 3:\u00a0 <\/strong>Enter your requests into 25Live directly.<\/p>\n

BMC Requesters:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Step 1:\u00a0 <\/strong>Double-check to be certain that you do not have a BU Kerberos account.
\nNote: If you do not know if you have a BU email account or have one that you do not use and need help reactivating, contact BUMC Client Services bumchelp@bu.edu<\/a><\/em>
\nAfter reactivating your BU email, go through \u201cBU Requestor<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> Steps 1 \u2013 3 listed above.
\nStep 2:\u00a0 <\/strong>Send an email to bumc-centralscheduling@bu.edu<\/a> to request that Central Scheduling sponsor you for a BU Affiliate Account<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Include the following info:
\nA): Legal Name
\nB): Date of Birth
\nC): Personal Email
\nD): Contact Telephone Number
\nNote:\u00a0 Requests that do not include complete info A thru D, cannot be processed and you will not be able to request space. <\/em><\/strong>
\nStep 3:<\/strong>\u00a0 You will be contacted by BU Client Services via your personal email in order to complete the Affiliate Account (BU Kerberos).
\nStep 4:<\/strong> With your active BU Kerberos account, follow the \u201cBU Requestor<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> Steps 1 \u2013 3 listed above.<\/p>\n
