Small Grant Award Recipient

Gordon Jiang, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and Associate Director/Physician-Scientist Track of IM residency, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School has received a small grant award for his project “Single-cell driven spatial transcriptomics of nonalcoholic and alcoholic fatty liver disease”.  The project aims to develop a strategy to translate spatial transcriptomics data into a functional map of a liver biopsy specimen.  Dr. Jiang will work with the Center’s Functional Genomics and Bioinformatics Core.
