This system provides new insights into the mechanisms responsible for prion neurotoxicity, and it provides a platform for characterizing different pathogenic forms of PrPSc and testing potential therapeutic agents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Got Mad Cow?
