Transportation Services for Presidents’ Day
Monday, April 21, 2014.
All parking facilities will be open.
610 garage registered parkers may park in the 710 and DOB garages on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 ONLY.
NO Shuttle Services will be operating including the East Boston Healthnet Shuttle and the Boston University shuttle.

All buses including the Silver Line on Washington St will operate on a Saturday schedule except the CT1 and the CT3 which are NOT operating.
Buses scheduled to cross the marathon route will be rerouted at certain times during the day to prevent disruption of the race. These routes include:
1 – Dudley – Harvard via
8 – Harbor Point – Kenmore ~Trip terminates at Landmark Center.
9&10 – City Point (South Boston) –
Commuter rail will operate on regular weekday schedules.
The T will increase service to rush-hour levels before and after the race on Monday.
Copley Station, will be closed all day. Customers attending the Boston Marathon will have access to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center or Arlington Stations.
The schedule includes the following:
• The Red Line, Orange Line, Blue Line, and Silver Line will operate a regular weekday schedule with rush-hour levels of service before and after the race.
• The Green B-, C-, D-, and E-Lines will operate a regular weekday schedule with rush-hour levels of service before and after the race. Copley Station will be CLOSED. The Berkley Street entrance/exit of Arlington Station will remain closed. The “B” section of Hynes Convention Center located on Boylston Street will be available for exit only.
For the safety of MBTA customers, the following Green Line stations will be closed between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Marathon Monday:

Due to anticipated crowds, bicycles are NOT allowed anytime on MBTA trains on Patriot’s Day.
Bicycles are permitted on the commuter rail except during peak periods.
