Shuttles: All medical center and patient shuttles will be operating, except the BU shuttle, which will NOT be operating.

Parking: All parking facilities will be open.

MBTA: Blue, Orange, Red, Green Line service will operate regular weekday schedules with extra service before and after the marathon.
Commuter rail trains will operate regular weekday schedules.
All buses including the Silver Line on Washington Street will operate on a Saturday schedule except for the CT1 and CT3 buses which will NOT be operating.

On Marathon Monday, April 15:

Copley Station will be closed all day.
Customers attending the Boston Marathon will have access to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center or Arlington Stations.

Commuter Boat and Inner Harbor Ferry service will operate regular weekday schedules.

Buses scheduled to cross the Boston Marathon route will be rerouted at certain times during the day to prevent disruption of the race. These routes include 1, 8, 9, 10 and 47. Buses are running on a Saturday Schedule. Plan for delays.

Bicycles: Due to anticipated crowds, bicycles are NOT allowed anytime on the subway on Patriot’s Day. Bicycles are permitted on the commuter rail except during peak periods.
