March 2011: Construction Update

Updates captured in photos include:

  • Forms for foundation wall being constructed
  • Wall footing being set in place
  • Sewer injector pit under construction
  • The irrigation pit being back filled over
  • Concrete has started to be poured for foundation walls
  • Underground drainage system to start soon
  • 90% of footing is complete
  • Concrete wall has been placed on Albany street side
  • Underground plumbing - perimeter drains to begin soon
  • April 15th the steel work will begin
