Online Resource Scheduler Use
1) Once you have obtained a username/password for the online resource scheduler, sign up for imaging time in W816 by clicking “Resource Schedule” followed by “IVIS Imaging Core”.
2) If you would like techinician assistance anytime while imaging, request under service ”Technician Assistance”
- If you would like assistance, please reserve your time at least 24 hours ahead of time
- If you have requested assistance, please try to be punctual as the technician will wait no longer than 15 minutes, and your account will still be charged for the reserved time if no notification is received:
* If it is 5 minutes or more BEFORE your scheduled time, contact the technician at 4-1660
* If you are running late and it is AFTER your scheduled time, contact the technician at the W816 phone at 4-1647
3) Sign up for analysis time (for use with the software alone) on the Resource Scheduler under “Living Image 3.2 Software Workstation” located at 650 Albany St, EBRC building 4th floor, Murphy Lab
4) Currently, the time spent imaging (and not necessarily the time that you scheduled) is billed at a rate of $35/hour and $50/hour with assistance.
