I am currently investigating possible reverse causality in the association of sleep disorder breathing and cardiovascular disease. I am analyzing the effect of incident cardiovascular disease on obstructive sleep apnea in the Sleep Heart Health Study cohort.

I am also studying a novel treatment modality for complex sleep disorder breathing that combines an expiratory rebreathing device with CPAP.
