Identification Cards

The Public Safety Department maintains a photographic database of all employees, students, faculty and volunteers. Identification cards are to be worn at all times while on Boston Medical Center property.  Those requiring access to restricted areas will receive a combined Photo Identification/Access Control card.

Identification/Access Control cards are issued at 710 Albany St. , in room 102. Enter the Parking and TranSComm lobby and the ID Office is the first door on the left.  The ID office is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-noon and 12:30-3 p.m.

There is a $40 replacement charge (cash,  check or credit card) for lost photo IDs/access cards. The ID office accepts credit card payment.   If paying by cash or check, please go to the Cashier’s Office at 88 E.
