Identification Cards

The Public Safety Department maintains a photographic database of all employees, faculty and students. Identification cards are to be worn at all times while on medical center property. For those who require access to restricted areas, a combined Photo Identification / Access Control card is issued. The Public Safety Department issues Identification / Access Control cards in room 102 at 710 Albany Street. Enter the Parking and Transcomm lobby and the ID Office is the first door on the left. You may obtain a badge Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. The office will be closed from 9:00 AM- 12:30 PM.  For more information, you may call (617) 638-6879.

There is a $40.00 replacement charge (cash or check only) for lost photo IDs/access cards. Please go to the cashier’s office at 88 East Newton St. 2nd floor to make payment before reporting to the ID office for replacement ID.
